Leticia Pozza is the founder and CEO of Odd, where she leads a multidisciplinary team to achieve its overall business objectives, transforming complex data into meaningful narratives and visual experiences.
With a background spanning business innovation, data science, and design, she has partnered with organizations like Google, Unilever, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to make data more accessible and actionable. Based between Barcelona and Porto Alegre, Leticia also teaches at Elisava and Parsons, championing data literacy and human-centered design as essential tools for better decision-making. She believes in the alchemy of merging science with art—and in making the invisible, unforgettable.

COO and Data Expert
Ana Bertol is the Chief Operating Officer at Odd, where she bridges the analytical rigor of physics with the art of data storytelling.
With a PhD in Physics and a deep expertise in data analytics, Ana leads the technical backbone of the studio—overseeing everything from data collection and analysis frameworks to the translation of complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives. She ensures that every project balances precision with creativity, keeping operations seamless and clients confident. Ana believes that the best insights come from asking better questions—and that good data work should always make sense to the people who need it most.
